If you book it, during your journey the driver will call the pilot in order to coordinate the meeting time at the right mooring area in Venice, to avoid stressing waiting time. - After 30 minutes from the meeting time without information from you, the service will be deemed canceled as a no-show and the full amount will be charged
- Our Company will provide your Private Water Taxi service in order to ride you directly to/from the closest dock point available and reachable of your hotel location. Venice is not a standard City and some hotels inside the Venice city area are not always reachable also for climatic reasons (tide levels, too high or low), for not accessible waterways (working in progress), or because your hotel is not reachable with the boats. Please get the right information before booking.
- The price reported for the water taxi is valid for destinations included in the six sestieri (districts) of Venice: San Polo, Dorsoduro, Santa Croce, San Marco, and Castello. The water taxi booking for all other destinations will be rejected. Please check the address of your destination before booking.
- Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if canceled 2 days or less before the event
- Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if canceled 5 days or less before the event
