  • After 2 hours from the landing of your flight, without information from you, the service will be deemed canceled as a no-show and the full amount will be charged

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if canceled 2 days or less before the event
  • Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if canceled 5 days or less before the event
